Customize xprofile multiline mce editor (ie visual only)

I’m wondering if there is a way to fully customize Buddypress’s xprofile multiline mce editor including:
– add/remove specific mce buttons (no images, no code, etc.)
– remove simple text editor
– only the visual editor
– remove option to switch to simple text editorThx in advance!
