Customized slug bugs

If in config.php add `define ( ‘BP_FRIENDS_SLUG’, ‘peeps’ );`, it works well clicking activity tab in home and going to friends tab. But if you click your account name and entering personal homepage, then clicking on friends tab will not load friend activity, still displaying sitewide activity.
If you use customized group slug, then the problem will also be with group activity stream.
I’m running bp 1.2.8 with wp 3.1.2
