customizing buddypress profile page

would you customize a little bit the profile on my website myecocity.co.uk ?
I like to add members, upload and other tabs on the user profile menu. and I want it to appear in new page if possible.
Please advise. register as a user to see what I mean. I am using profile builder with it.
