Forgive the total noob question here, but I’ve been searching the forums and the codex and am starting to wonder if I’m using the wrong keywords to find what I need.

On the bottom of the activity page, group page and members page there is a bunch of content I want to remove / re-order. Here’s a screenshot since this section of my site is currently members only: http://www.flickr.com/photos/11827460@N05/10458498744/

What’s appearing under there is the oldest content on the site as opposed to the most recent. I either want to remove all of it and replace it with more current stuff.

How the heck do I customize this? I haven’t needed a child theme yet but I can build one if I have to. (All my custom options are built into my themes and plugins so far.)

I’m running WordPress 3.6.1 (it’s a root install) bbpress 2.4.1 and S2Member Pro 130816 (Among other plguins but those are the most relevant to this I think)

Buddypress 1.8.1, haven’t touched the core files (kinda afraid to)

Not using the bp-cutom file right now, but have played with it before. I looked at the activity loop documentation and cannot for the life of me figure out where to put that.

Not really a programmer, but I have strong cut and paste skills.
