Customizing WP post layout in activity

    Hi,

    I would need to customize how WP posts appear in the activity stream. For example I want to turn featured image into a link to post etc…

    I’ve been looking for days how to do it, but I cant’t find any kind of a template file that will allow me to do this. If someone points me in the right direction it would be great.
