Dashboard adminbar css

    I am trying to determine if the adminbar that shows when you are in the dashboard uses a different css file than when you are showing the normal site view. I ask this because when I am in the dashboard the adminbar isn’t showing any style as though the stylesheet isn’t loading or something.

    I am busy with my own parent theme and I experiencing this problem.

    I am having the same issue. I tried putting an import directive into the wp-admin.css file, but it didn’t work.
