Dashboard log-in failure after activating BuddyPress…

I am a co-administrator for the WordPress website; http://www.yayteamblog.com. We are fuly updated with WP also.

Yesterday, I downloaded the newest BuddyPress Forum plug-in and the BuddyPress Template Pack. After, I did so, my boss could not log into our Dashboard. To let him log in, I had to deactivate BuddyPress and the Template.

My question is, how can I fix this while keeping BuddyPress?

I very much like your forums and would love to have them on ur site without locking my boss/co-administrator out of our Dashboard.

BuddyPress is not a forum script:

Not sure why your boss cannot login, as you should be able to login via:
http://www.yayteamblog.com/wp-login.php
http://www.yayteamblog.com/wp-admin/

Are you using any plugins that use redirection?
