A user deleted a message and new when he tries to view messages he gets “unauthorized request” and when he tries to send new messages he gets “Your message could not be sent. Please try again.”
Also Notifications won’t load at all

It sounds like WordPress doesn’t think he’s logged in anymore. I’d start by ensuring that he is logged in.
