Delete/Edit members activity stream content

How can I edit/delete a members activity content.
A member has added a website link to a third party in their activity stream on my site. All quite innocent but I wanted it deleted and as far as I can see members cannot delete it and neither can the admin/site owner. ATM I can only see the option of deleting the member completely but I don’t want to do that.
