Desactivate events manager for BP

Hi !
I would like to desactivate events manager for buddypress,
i have tried to put this in functions.php

remove_action( ‘bp_init’, ‘bp_em_init’ );
or
remove_action( ‘bp_include’, ‘bp_em_init’ );

but it doesn’t work.

Does someone have a solution ?
