Different sidebars for Friends and Personal activity.

I have a specific sidebar for activity pages but I want two different ones for person personal activity and friends activity pages. How can I do that?

and you can use the functions is_XXXXX__page() to test for page

Ok cool thanks…One more question I have is how can I show specific loop in the sidebar if you are viewing someone elses personal activity but if your are viewing your own you’ll see a different one. This is something I wanted because I want people to see the posts of the member they are viewing but if they are on their own page I want them to see the most recent posts for the site.
