Disable admin email when user changes password

Hi,
I’ve searched through all the files, but there seems to be no place where the admin email gets made, while of course, I realise i’m just not seeing it.
How can an option this simple, important, not be a checkbox somewhere in the backend?
Which files do i need to change for the admin to not receive these emails anymore?
