This has been asked and discussed many times but finding a succinct solution is impossible to find… (I can’t anyway)

WP Multisite
I am using a membership plugin for new site creation and I don’t want Buddypress to have anything to do with creating a blog. (I still want site directory, just not creation)

How do you stop prompts and processes for creating buddypress blogs without interfering with other native WP processes that allow blog creation?
