When you try to change your email, it requires you to enter your password.

This conflicts with many of my site users logging in via social media logins and that:
1. A fake email is sometimes associated with their account when linking.
2. A password isnt stored on my site that they know of.

So if someone could tell me the file (line number even better) where I can delete the bit that requires password to change the email?
