Display new blogs only from a specific group

Is it possibly to sort sitewide acity display of new blogs by the groups. Im trying to display only blogs from a certain group.
Im thinking of using the activity stream: http://codex.buddypress.org/developer-docs/custom-buddypress-loops/the-activity-stream-loop/But i cant seem to get scope thing going .. how do i formulate the command for displaying all new blogs from a cerstain group?
