Double avatars in activity view

After the update with BP Template Pack, I have now gotten all of buddypress to work (1.2.9 on WP 3.2.1) However, I seem to be stuck with double avatars in the activity view. This is annoying to say the least.
Both avatars are pulled in at the `
` and then shows 2x ``
Any thoughts on what file I can find that in?
