Dropdown menu and colors

    Good day,
    Does anyone know how I get a dropdown menu with a css code? Also on mobile?
    And is there also a css code for changing the colors of the menu bars and the text and background? I dare not change the php codes so I want to know if there are any css codes for this .. Thank you very much !!
