E-mail confirmation not working, and members not showing

Hi,

I have BuddyPress running on my site, and have set up this registration form: http://www.iqmindware.com/register

I have created 2 public groups here: http://www.iqmindware.com/groups/

My problems are:

a) after filling in the registration form, the user is told that a confirmation e-mail will be sent. But it is not.
b) members are not showing under ‘members’ (http://www.iqmindware.com/members/) even though I have had about 40 people register as users to WordPress (under ‘Users’ / ‘All Users’ of my Admin page). Why are they not showing up as members?

a) Did you test if your WordPress site could send emails before using BuddyPress? e.g. when you go to Add Users in wp-admin and tell it to email the password to the user.

b) People need to log in to your site at least once, after BuddyPress has been activated, to appear in the members directory list.
