Easy plugins for twitter icon & subscribe to the blog please

Hi
I have WP 2.9.2 and BP installed on bookbabblers.co.uk. I want to have icons/links on the homepage allowing users to click to follow us on twitter and subscribe to the blog by email, and perhaps a link to feedburner? I know there are loads of plugins doing these sorts of things, but as I’m pretty poor at setting things up, which are the easiest for me??!! I like the ones that you just click and there they are once activated! Any suggestions?? I soon hope to add Google adsense, too, so I hope that’s easy…
