Editing a topic -> Duplicate Record in Activity Stream

    Hi there,

    I am facing an annoying issue 🙂

    Steps:

    1) I am the admin
    2) I am creating a topic in a Group Forum
    –>Everything seems ok the activity stream is updated.
    3) I am editing the same topic
    –>The “Username started the topic…” is posted again in the buddypress activity stream

    I think this is an issue. Editing a topic shouldn’t be reflected in the Activity Stream. At least not by saying again “User started the topic…”.
