email bug? Disable Notifications URL missing Settings between //

wpmu 2.9.1.1; bp 1.1.3
My buddypress Email notifications (group, messages, etc) are not generating the proper url for disabling notifications. SETTINGS is missing between the double slashes. The other URLs, such as to View below, are correct:
To view the message: http://ttacconnect.org/members/markschafer/messages/view/63
To disable these notifications please log in and go to: http://ttacconnect.org/members/markschafer//notifications
I looked in the Trac and only found this one similar issue that was resolved:
http://trac.buddypress.org/ticket/514. It’s hard to imagine someone hasn’t already submitted this to the Trac if it really was a bug. Thought I’d run it by the Forum first.
