Emails are shown on Iphone, via Dashboard

Hello,

Just now one of my members informed me when using Iphone he was able to see the emails from other members. I checked on Android, there no mail adresses are shown from other users.

Does anybody have an idea how I can solve this?

This user has the normal roles like other members so he should not be able to see this information. He mentioned to me he gets to see it when he moves to his Dashboard and openens responses.

I hope someone can help me out here since privacy is one of the most important aspect for my members.

This morning the user informed me he was also able to see the same info when logged in on his laptop (A Mac). As far as I could track back he is the only one seeing this info.

I checked myself on a test account, same user roles, on a Ipad and it worked fine. No privacy info like ip adress or email was shown. He sent me a printscreen of his, he still gets to see this info while he should not.

So I am really clueless here, does anyone has a suggestion how to solve this?
I would be very grateful.
