English is working fine but the netherlands isnt

Hello,
I use buddypress with wpml
I noticed two things which i cannot figure out.
In English it is working.
In the dutch language some things not.
When i want to login using the login button of the dark bar in the top of the site it is redirecting me to : /wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.imagine2b.com%2Fimagine%2Fnl
when i do the same procedure on the dutch language part it is redirecting to :
/nl/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.imagine2b.com%2Fimagine%2Fnl
But wp-login is not in the nl directory. HOw can i solve this?
Second question::
The same thing is happening with creating a group. When i create a group and want to upload an groups avatar then its giving me an 404 error.
Its also directing me to a directory NL but it shouldnt.
nl/groups/create/step/group-avatar
it should be:
/groups/create/step/group-avatar
can you give me an advice
