How can I fix a problem that occurs while crating a new topic in enabled groups forums?

Problem is with adding topics in group forums. It is enabled for all groups but when we create an topic within the group it shows an error something like this: error while creating a topic and no topic was added to and we can only see description of the topic in the activity page post

We’ve tried to deinstal group forum and than install it again and there is still an error when opening a new topic.

Can someone please help
