Error displaying under Setting tab in profile

    I can see that this is pointing to a file in my child theme, but I have never modified this file.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_get_user_nav() in /home/content/65/5803865/html/wp-content/themes/band-source_v1.0/members/single/plugins.php on line 29

    I am running WP 3.0 + BP 1.2.4, this issue appeared around the update to BP 1.2.

    Any help is appreciated.
