Upload Failed! Error was: Unable to create directory /avatars/9312200. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

Avatar uploads aren’t supported on BuddyPress.org. Hopefully the site will be updated eventually so that option disappears. If you want a custom avatar here, you’ll need to use gravatar.com
