Error when creating new topic

I can’t create new topics with bbpress in buddypress. All the bbpress table were created. This problem is wide spread. I’m surprised it wasn’t fixed yet. I’ve poured all over the threads on this topic. No one has a solution that worked for me.
wp. version 3.1.3
buddypress version 1.2.8
