    HI there!

    I have a site: http://MemoirSite.com — WP3 and Buddypress (latest versions)

    I have enabled the network function and have added: http://Autobituary.net.

    WHen you click on the ABOUT page on the Autobituary.Net page it redirects to the Main Page for MemoirSIte.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Stephanie

    Try re-saving the permalinks

    I did that, per suggestion from Andrea_r from the multisite forum on wordpress.org. DIdn’t fix it.

    The even stranger part is that when I make a “sub blog” off of a network the links work just fine.

    EXAMPLE:

    WORKS:
    memoirsite.com
    memoirsite.com/groups
    recollectioncheck.com
    recollectioncheck.com/testsiteone
    recollectioncheck.com/testsiteone/about

    DOESN”T WORK
    recollectioncheck.com/about
    autobituary.net/about

    This is odd too:

    I can see the buddypress admin bar on this page:

    http://autobituary.net/yourobit/ — with working links

    and not on this page

    http://autobituary.net/ — links not working

    OK… it’s working now.

    I made sure that I had the htaccess file from the networks admin page.

    AND

    removed :
    define( ‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘memoirsite.com’ );
    define( ‘PATH_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘/’ );
    define( ‘SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE’, 1 );
    define( ‘BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE’, 1 );

    from the wp-config.php file.

    My thanks to the webcoding angel who helped me! Much respect and admiration to all of you.
