Extended Profile xprofile fields export / search options

Hi All
Not sure if this topic has already been covered.
I am managing a BuddyPress website and have the basic BuddyPress fields and then extended the profile with additional extended fields to suit our needs.
What I am really struggling with is to have a backend view/report of all combined fields of user profile along with extended fields that I can export. Even something like an option to query all these fields from the backend without having to put an effort to program it.
Can anybody help me ?
