Facebook Group Integration

I know this may be impossible by the changes in the Facebook API, but it’d be great if there was a native BuddyPress feature to support facebook groups. It would sync posts back and forth, automatically add users, and allow you to augment the limited facebook group experience. A BuddyPress installation could become a backup or more nuanced experience for a facebook group, allowing admins and users alternative ways of finding group content than scrolling down or using the facebook search bar.
Just an idea.
