Failed to Convert Old Group Forums to bbPress Sitewide Forums

I had followed this link to import BP internal forums to bbPress forums but stumbled upon step 5 as I couldn’t find the ‘Tools > Forums’ (Under ‘Tools’ no ‘Forums’ is listed; bbPress was activated):

(5) Import old forums to bbPress 2
In the WP admin dashboard, navigate to “Tools > Forums“
Click on the “Import Forums” tab.

Navigate to “Plugins”.

Check to see if bbPress is enabled. Then, go to “Tools > Forums”.

bbPress is enabled but there’s no ‘Forums’ under ‘Tools’, please help further.
