We just launched http://fashionisima.es a fashion comunity in spanish language. It displays first the main blog and then you can get into the community http://fashionisima.es/comunidad

We are waiting for the users to get used to the main functionalities of the community and then we will setup the forum and a Digg-like page for voting all the posts in the network.

We got almost 200 users in first 2 weeks and we have 4500 unique visitors every day.

The theme mixes the standard Buddypress theme with Arthemia http://michaelhutagalung.com/arthemia/

    Hope you like it

We are having some hosting problems now, please try again in 3 hours.

    It’s running again.

Looks nice, I’m not a fan of black and pink but all together looks like a nice site.

What does Fashinisima mean? Fashion mistake or something?

And just so you know, your first (probably featured) post on the frontpage leaks text out of it’s box.

@javicarrasco: a shared server is not going to cut it, if that’s what you’re using? Also take a look at caching options if you are running on low end hardware: https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/improving-performance/

Thank you, we are using a dedicated with 2GB RAM and WP Super Cache. It looks like anything is not well configured on the server because it is not performing as it should. Any ideas?

As this is not an issue with WPMU or BP not functioning properly, you need to speak with your hosting provider. If you are paying for a dedicated server, they should be able to help you out. Specifically, make sure that they are not throttling your bandwidth for some reason.
