Fatal Error on Upgrade to 1.1.2

I tried to upgrade BuddyPress from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2. Now trying to activate the BuddyPress plugin gives me this fatal error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare bp_activity_install() (previously declared in /home/jsuartal/www/www/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-activity.php:19) in /home/jsuartal/www/www/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-activity.php on line 52

The BuddyPress plugin remains deactivated, however BuddyPress appears to be mostly functional.

How can I fix this? I’ve tried downloading the upgrade and overwriting all the BuddyPress files but that didn’t help.

Update WPMU to 2.8.5.2 then try again.

My Dashboard confirms that I am already on WordPress MU 2.8.5.2

Exactly the same problem here. I upgraded buddypress to 1.1.2 from 1.1.1 and I have MU 2.8.5.2

No, I haven’t found a solution, but everything seems to work fine.
