Favorite a post

Hi!

I have this website: http://tee-land.com/
My question would be, how can I place a Favorite button below the post in order that appear at the Favorite tab at the Activities. I would like to function as a Save for later button, like it is on Facebook.

I don’t really know how to implement the solution. Is there a possibility to ask for a support, to somebody do this on my website?
