feature request: members NEAR you

being able to show a user which members are NEAR of his location.

Like user is from the city XYZ and another user is also in the same city.

Based on a certain user-profile-field.

If there is no user in the “same city”, then provide a list of users in the “same province”.

This feature should work without any “maps”, just based on a users Profile-field.
