Field Visibility Control – BP Default (Yes) vs BuddyPress Template Pack (No)

Hello,

If I switch to the BP Default theme, I see the field visibility option (…This field can be seen by: Anyone Change) in Member>Profile>Edit listed under each field. When I use my own theme with the BuddyPress Template Pack, only the field shows up. Is this a bug in the template pack or something else? Any pointers in helping to troubleshoot further would be much appreciated. Thank you!
