Fixed link that redirects to BuddyPress profile

I would like to be able to specify a designated fixed link (like http://www.mysite.com/bp-profile/) such that if a logged in user with login name username clicked on it, it would redirect him to his BuddyPress profile page (i.e. http://www.mysite.com/members/username/profile), and if a user who was not logged in clicked on it, it would redirect him to the members page (i.e. http://www.mysite.com/members/).

Does anyone know if this is possible, and how I would do it?

Anything’s possible, but I haven’t tried doing this before.

create your page with slug/url bp-profile and then use this code
