I finally found an answer to all the BuddyPress pages bringing up 404 error pages. If you are using your own theme, you MUST copy all folders from the bp-sn-parent theme to your theme. It has all the needed folders, files, etc.

One small problem, now the upper menu system is distorted and not sure why.

Perhaps someone will know……….
