I would like to give users the ability to follow a post, and then receive some form of notification or update when there is activity on it.

I found a link that describes how to hack an existing follow plugin (FollowMe). But I couldn’t get it to work.

How do I allow users to follow a post and then allow admins to email all users who have followed that post?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
