force hashtagg new post

    Hello

    I would like to force users to give hashtaggs for each new post.

    My goal is to get a hashtagg widget with every hashtaggs used on the site so that the users can easily find posts related to the associated hashtaggs .

    Maybee it exists other solution ?

    I would appreciate any help.
