Hi folks,
After the latest upgrades, I have been having a problem with my site running very, very slowly and it turned out it was due to JetPack. I have a question on one of their forums to try to fix that, but in the meantime, I have to have JetPack disabled. Seems that it is JetPack that generates the “notify me” checkboxes under the comment box. (Is that right?) This is the main feature I use in JetPack, and it is essential. In fact, I would like to force users to get e-mail notifications of new posts and new comments – even when they haven’t, yet, commented. Does anyone know if there is a plug-in that works to do that or at least will add the boxes back?
