There is no formatting, <br’s /) and <p’s> not translating into group forums–it’s just a big jumbled mess. How can the formatting get applied to have a clean look and layout?

Wild guess cause I am not a programmer, but is it this:

add_filter( ‘bp_the_topic_post_content’, ‘wptexturize’ );

The formatting on the BuddyPress side is fixed in the latest trunk.
