Does anyone know of a bug where old groups don’t work with a new install of bbpress via the one-click install?

I think (after many tries so not sure ) I managed to get it to work for one old group when a site admin originally created the group and the admin made first post, but all the others give the red generic error “there was a problem…” something like that. I don’t see any errors in the error_log.

New groups work perfectly fine with forums. Disabling then re-enabling a forum doesn’t work either.

I’m off for the day but will investigate further tomorrow before I submit any tickets or try to think of a workaround/fix, any thoughts or previous experience would be appreciated.
