Hi there,

I am trying to integrate forums and have found this article very helpful in getting started http://buddypress.org/forums/topic.php?id=471 however I want to disable groups from my BP service and so get a little stuck when I get to the bit where I’m setting the discussion permissions for groups. Is it possible to use fully integrated forums without having groups as a feature of my site? I thought I had everything integrated properly but at the moment I can’t login to my bbpress forums with my bp accounts.

go in BuddyPress -> Component Setup -> bbpress forum and check “disable”.
