Get Group Name for Activity

I am currently using the bp_activity_secondary_avatar template tag to display the group avatar in the activity entry, but cannot find a corresponding tag for the name of the group.
I know that this information is displayed in the bp_activity_action tag, but I don’t want all of the other information that goes along with that.
Is there a tag that will output just the group name associated with a particular activity?
