    Anyone know a good/the best way (plugin or otherwise) to add google campaign parameters to any link in a forum topic that goes to a certain external site?

    For example:
    I want all links that go to `http://www.example.com` in the fourms to have the following appended `?utm_source=post&utm_medium=forum&utm_campaign=product`
