I want to set up my site that a group admin can not make a forum post sticky or deleat posts. I want only the site admin to be able to do this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Go into groups/single/forum/topic.php and remove:

You can’t open the file? Just access it via FTP. Filezilla is great.
