BuddyPress.org

I have an install of BuddyPress and although I can go through the motions of updating a Group avatar, and all appears well, the avatar is never actually changed from the default. If I look in the uploads directory, the uploaded files are there, so it’s not a permissions issue.

Any ideas what the cause of this might be and how to resolve?
