I use WP 4.2.2, using Divi theme but same with twenty fifteen.

I can’t access a group forum, the group, the parent forum and the forum are all public and I’m logged in as a admin.

any ideas how come and how to fix?

Seems like to be the plugin NextGEN Gallery which causes the issue. Sorry I should have known better, to do first the check with the plugins.
