Group member activity stream show on group page

Hi there,
My use case has three user types, a group admin, group member, and subscriber. A subscriber can follow a group member, but cannot join a group. Only group members can join groups, where membership requests are controlled by the group admin.
This is a parent-child relationship at the group admin and group member level
I would like each group member to have their own activity stream on their page, but want their activity/posts to be mirrored to the group activity stream. The group page activity stream should be an aggregate of all group member activity streams, plus any group-specific activity/posts. Likewise, the group activity stream (created by the group/group admin) will be mirrored to the activity stream of the group members activity stream.
Is this possible, and how can I configure this?
